Multidisciplinary artist, Colby Drasher, has been creating artwork, performing, and hosting events in and around Boston, for over two decades. Having launched his own DJ business at the age of 16, upon arriving in Boston to study Studio Production and Philosophy at Emerson College , he went on to develop and collaborate on numerous successful nightlife brands and events from 2011 onward. During that time he was simultaneously painting, drawing, sculpting and making the video art that makes up his current body of work as a visual artist. He has been songwriting and producing music for almost 30 years, and most recently has started to release music worldwide. Colby has played host to hundreds of public events, working with international institutions and local venues such as the Museum of Fine Art, The Institute of Contemporary Art, and The American Repertory Theatre, to nightclubs and venues such as Royale, Legacy, ManRay, Middlesex Lounge, The Sinclair, Club Cafe, the late Great Scott and many more. He has had the opportunity to share the stage with local, national and international performers all of whom who he has had the pleasure of learning from their craft.
